Challenge:

A leading aromas, flavors and fragrance manufacturer needed to set up an additional new location in central New Jersey. Looking to create a state-of-the-art corporate workplace for their staff at a new location, they reached out to our team. Having experienced the benefits of utilizing our design/build methodology on their existing location on several projects over the years, they wanted us to help them with their new project. The goal was to demo, design and deliver a new space that embodied a crisp, clean, and professional feel while carefully reflecting the culture and branding of their growing business.

Solution:

RI Workplace embarked on a comprehensive design, build-out, and furnishing project of the large vacant space they secured in Red Bank. Our team meticulously selected and coordinated a wide array of textures, materials, light fixtures and colors to give the workplace its intended ambiance. The design incorporated various work zones, including a lab, application room, client showroom, sampling room, copy room, board rooms, executive offices, conference rooms, workstations, kitchen, open office areas, coffee bar and even a meeting hive. Incorporating design elements like glass walls, biophilia and cheery yellow accents throughout the main office area contributed to the vibe this client was looking to achieve.

Results:

The result of this effort was an inspiring workplace that successfully achieved the client’s expectations. The new space not only exudes a crisp and professional atmosphere but also embodies the unique culture and branding of their company. The careful curation of materials and design elements allowed for a cohesive and welcoming work environment, promoting employee wellbeing and productivity.
