Situation:

A leading aromas, flavors, and fragrance manufacturer needed to set up a new location in central New Jersey. Looking to create a state-of-the-art corporate workplace for their staff, they reached out to our team. Having experienced the benefits of utilizing our design-build methodology on their existing location, they asked us to help them with their new project. The goal was to demo, design and deliver a new space that embodied a crisp, clean, and professional feel while carefully reflecting the culture and branding of their growing business.

Solution:

• RI Workplace undertook the complete project and designed, built and furnished their brand new spacious location in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
• Our team selected a diverse array of textures, materials, light fixtures, and colors to align with their branding.
• The new space includes specialized areas such as a lab, application room, client showroom, and sampling room, along with other essential facilities like copy rooms, board rooms, executive offices, conference rooms, workstations, a kitchen, open office areas, coffee bar and meeting hive.
• Throughout the main office area, design elements such as glass walls, biophilia, and cheerful yellow accents were integrated to create a friendly and professional atmosphere aligned with their culture.
• The new space caters to employee health and wellbeing including ample natural light, relaxation areas, and a large kitchen.
• Having a long-standing relationship, we were pleased to be called upon again to help them design and deliver their new dream workplace.
