From two-floor headquarter build-outs to designing pharmaceutical research campuses, 2025 brought some incredible projects our way. We designed, built, and reimagined workplaces that helped our clients do their best work – and had a lot of fun along the way.
Now, as we close out the year, we’re looking back on the awesome projects, people, and milestones that made 2025 such a special year.
Big Build-outs, Fast Turnarounds
This year, we got to work on projects of all kinds: big build-outs, fast-turnaround refreshes, and everything in between. Each one reminded us how much thoughtful design matters when it’s paired with a reliable, steady delivery process.
These projects reflect the office design trends shaping workplaces right now, and they’ve become real case studies in how great spaces can help people feel better and work harder while at work.

National Ramp Headquarters – Valley Cottage, NY
A light-filled, purpose-built workspace designed for collaboration, connection, and growth. From departmental zones to a vibrant employee café, the new HQ reflects National
Ramp’s values and was completed in record time.
Confidential Pharmaceutical Campus – New Jersey
A full-scope interior design project, pairing advanced labs with hospitality-inspired workspaces. The RI Workplace team designed clean rooms, wellness areas, and biophilic features to shape this future-ready campus for real innovation.
Central Jersey Data Hub
High-capacity infrastructure met precision design with the installation of a rooftop unit supporting our client’s new server room – the heartbeat of their network operations.
Design in Motion
Behind every great space is a great team. In 2025, our talented Design Director, Komel Rahmati led some of our most dynamic transformations, from on-site finish walkthroughs to immersive 3-D design experiences that helped clients visualize every detail.
Our 1:1 design process continued to set us apart, with dozens of new client introductions and collaborative sessions that turned initial discovery meetings into long-term partnerships.
Out and About
RI Workplace’s 2025 wasn’t just about what we built: it was also about the connections we made along the way.
At the New York Build Expo, our team met industry peers, shared insights, and explored the trends shaping the next era of workplace design. Back home, we opened our doors for a trade professionals event at our HQ, inviting existing partners and new collaborators to experience our space, meet our team and discuss project success.
We also deepened our commitment to sustainability designing with eco-conscious materials that support healthier and wellness-ready offices.
The Year that NYC Trophy Offices Made A Comeback
From purpose-built HQs to agile city workplaces, 2025 marked the return of the high-performing office.
Across Manhattan, leasing activity reached its strongest levels since before the pandemic, with major deals signaling renewed confidence in the city’s commercial market. While overall availability remained high, demand for top-tier, design-led spaces surged, reflecting a clear “flight to quality”.
For RI Workplace, this mirrored what we experienced firsthand: organizations reinvesting in workplaces that express success, attract talent, and support wellbeing.
