RI Workplace redesigns and renovates American Tire & Auto Care’s facility in Mercerville, NJ.
American Tire & Auto Care, a trusted automotive service provider, was looking to revamp their outdated facility in Mercerville, NJ. Referred to RI Workplace by one of their friends, they sought to do a complete transformation including a new layout and more welcoming design. The goal was to transform the old-fashioned space into a modern facility to better reflect their brand and elevate the customer experience. This renovation was to be executed while maintaining full operations at their busiest location.
To ensure the renovation could be done without disrupting their daily operations, our team managed the project end-to-end, from initial design through construction and final décor. The process included multiple onsite meetings, close collaboration with our designer, trade walkthroughs to level bids, and the development of several floor plan options and renderings to bring the vision to life. We guided the client through material selections by providing tangible samples for review and approval, ensuring confidence and satisfaction at every stage.
The four-month renovation included:
Throughout the renovation, our team provided consistent communication and hands-on support, including project updates, scheduled meetings, and subcontractor management.
The renovation has delivered a dramatic before-and-after impact and highlights American Tire & Auto Care’s superior service within their industry. Intentional design features including circular lights that resemble tires, patriotic décor, a blue accented countertop, greenery, and comfortable seating far surpass the offerings of a typical repair facility. In the weeks following project completion, customers have consistently left Google reviews commenting on the comfort, cleanliness, and quality of the space. We are pleased this project has added a wow-factor to American Tire’s already earned reputation for outstanding service.
“Thank you so much. Your crew was very nice and professional.”
